Trina has coached both the boys and girls at FHS since 2003, producing over 20 Individual and Team State Titles.  She has earned AZ Coach of the Year and National Girls XC of the Year.  Coach Painter moved to Flagstaff to train as a professional runner and competed in 4 Olympic Trials. Coach Painter and her husband David have two daughters, Hannah and Chloe, who also ran for FHS.  She also works as a Realtor.

Amanda Stricker - astricker@fusd1.org

Amanda has been teaching Spanish  and coaching the sprints and horizontal jumps at FHS for the past several years.  She is a Flagstaff native and graduated from NAU.  While earning her degree, she also competed for the Lumberjacks track team.  She is a Flagstaff HS alumni and still holds the school record for the triple jump.  She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and son and is expecting their second baby this Spring.
