During the school year, the weight room will be open from 3:20 - 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. On Friday, the weight room will be open from 12:20 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. The weight room is closed on any non-school days. The school year and summer schedules are posted below.

Tom Lyle, M.S, ATC, CSCS
Mr. Lyle has been the strength and conditioning coach at Flagstaff High School since the 2016-17 school year. Prior to that he served as the FHS Athletic Trainer for 29 years and taught Sports Medicine. Mr. Lyle has a B.S. degree in Physical Education from the University of Iowa and a M.S. degree in Physical Education from Arizona State University. He also worked as an Athletic Trainer for ASU prior to working at FHS. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as well as a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) by the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA).
